Definition of Senior Management

Definition in terms of the B-BBEE Codes of Good Practice of 11th October 2013 (BEE Codes 2013)

Senior Management

Means an employee of the Measured Entity who is a member of the occupational category of “Senior Management” as determined using the Employment Equity regulations;

In terms of Form EEA2 relating to Section 21 of the Employment Equity Act of 1998, Senior Management is not specifically defined. For clarification refer to the various categories in Statement 200 clauses 2.1; 2.2; 2.3; and 2.4 pages 43 and 44.
