Definition of Middle Management

Definition in terms of the B-BBEE Codes of Good Practice of 11th October 2013 (BEE Codes 2013)

Middle Management

Means an employee of the Measured Entity who is a member of the occupational category of “Middle Management” as determined using the Employment Equity regulations;

In terms of Form EEA2 relating to Section 21 of the  Employment Equity Act 1998, Middle Management is defined as: Professionally qualified and experienced specialists and mid-management.
